Single Line Telephones
The following applies to all 2500 type single line telephones connected
to the system.
Symptom
Phone will not dial out
No ringing to phone
Message waiting lamp does not work
Cannot call another intercom station
DSS/DLS Console
The following applies to DSS/DLS Consoles:
Symptom
Buttons on DSS/DLS do not function as
labeled
Pressing buttons on DSS does not
activate keyset
No power

Verify correct SLT type programmed in station
identification. Verify line group access
programming.
Check CO line ringing assignments in
programming.
Check station ID assignment in programming.
Make sure the MSGU is installed on the CSIB.
Check off hook preference programming. Put
all unused CO lines in a CO line group not
currently being used.
