3. Operating the sewing recorder

The sewing recorder screen has two different screens, i.e., the screen No. 1 for continuously measuring
the number of revolutions and thread trimming timing of the sewing machine and displaying them as a
line graph, and the screen No. 2 for displaying the operation rate and average number of revolutions of
the sewing machine and on which the graph display setting for the screen No. 1 is carried out.

3-1. Sewing recorder screen No. 1

On sewing recorder screen No. 1, the operator's sewing operation is displayed in a line graph indicating
the number of revolutions of the sewing machine and time. The operator's skill level can be checked to
provide appropriate technical training for him/her based on the graph. Two different data can be indi-
cated on the graph as data No. 1 and data No. 2. Ths means that the target operator's data can be
shown together with data on a highly skilled operator's work or the data on his/her work in the past for
the purpose of comparison. The comparison through visualization enables easy analysis of complicated
and hard-to-understand sewng machne operaton.
