-4016 The number of derived columns (num) must equal the degree
of the derived table (num).
-4017 Derived column name name was specified more than once.
-4018 Rows cannot be deleted from an entry-sequenced table.
-4019 The select list of a subquery in a select list must be scalar
(degree of one).
-4020 Arithmetic operations on row value constructors are not
allowed.
-4021 The select list contains a nongrouping non-aggregated
column, name.
-4022 Target column name was specified more than once.
-4023 The degree of each row value constructor (num) must equal
the degree of the target table column list (num).
-4024 Column name has no default value, so must be explicitly
