Cause. You specified an identifier that is too long.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Shorten the identifier and resubmit.
SQL 3119
3119 The WITH LOCAL CHECK OPTION clause is not supported.
Cause. You attempted to create a constraint with the WITH LOCAL CHECK OPTION
clause, which is not supported.
Effect. The operation fails.
Recovery. Eliminate the WITH LOCAL CHECK OPTION clause and resubmit.
