Where columntype is the column name specified in the FIXED WIDTH FORMAT part
of the format file.
Cause. The column name that you specified was missing from an internal message.
Effect. The operation fails.

arguments.
Where columnsize is the column size specified in the FIXED WIDTH FORMAT part
of the format file.
