Corner Installations

A typical 45° installation uses the minimum framing dimensions shown in the illustration below (NOTE: all
clearances still apply).

Raised Fireplaces

• The fireplace (and hearth, if desired) may be placed on a platform designed to support the fireplace
(approximately 300 Lbs.) and vent.
• The fireplace may not be raised so as to place the ceiling within 75" of the base of the fireplace.
• The fireplace may not be raised so as to reduce the fireplace enclosure to less than 75".
