PANEL DESCRIPTION

■ Function display

q BUSY ICON
➥ Appears when a signal is being received, or the
squelch is open. (p. 14)
➥ Blinks when the Monitor function is ON. (p. 11)
w SIGNAL ICON
➥ Shows the strength of the received signal.
Weak RX Signal level
➥ While transmitting, shows the output power level.
Low Mid
e TONE ICONS
Appear when the Tone function is turned ON, and
indicate which Tone function is in use. (p. 30)

• The decimal point blinks during a scan.
