3. Tap the edge of the paper stack. Then reinsert it into the
paper tray making sure the paper is evenly aligned and
rests below the maximum paper mark.
Make sure you are using the correct paper size. Also make sure
you are using paper that meets the specifications for this
printer.
4. Reinstall the paper tray in the lower paper cassette.
5. Press the Continue button. The jammed page's print data is
automatically reprinted.
The printer stops and the Paper Jam message appears.
1. Open the printer cover and remove the Imaging Cartridge.

2. Gently pull out the paper. If it tears, make sure you remove
any pieces remaining in the printer.

Troubleshooting and Maintenance
Warning:
Opening the printer cover exposes the fuser, which is marked
by a CAUTION Hot Surface Avoid Contact label. Be careful
not to touch the fuser.
