Define User-Defined Characters

n1 = Code for first character
n2 = Code for last character

= Use top (128) or bottom (0) 8 pins
of print head
dd = In draft mode, 1 byte is required
for each of the 11 columns of each
character being defined. In NLQ
mode, 3 bytes area required for
each of the 11 columns of each
character being defined.
