Using the viewfinder
You can pull out the _iewfinder until it clicks, and then turn the LCD panel over and
mo_e it back to your camcorder body with tire LCD screen facing out. You can operate
with the touch panel using the view finder.
Use the viewfinder in the following case:
When operating camera brightness and tire fader (only in CAMERA mode) on the
touchpanel using tire viewfinder
(1) In CAMERA or MEMORY mode, pull out the viewfinder until it clicks, and
then turn the LCD panel over and move it back to your camcorder body with
the LCD screen facing out.
(2) Press [] OFF. The message PANEL OFF appears on the screen.
(3) Press OK. The LCD screen is turned off.
(4) Press the LCD screen. EXPOSURE, _ OK, [] ON and FADER (only in
CAMERA mode) appear.
(5) Select the desired item, then press _ OK.
EXPOSURE: adjust the exposure by pressing -/+.
FADER: press FADER until the desired fader mode is displayed (p. 45).
The indicator changes as follows:
FADER _ M. FADER _ BOUNCE _ MONOTONE
OVERLAP --+ WIPE _ DOT _ (no indicator)
[] ON: The LCD screen lights up.
