Print Quality Problems
Problem
Intermittent creases on
the left and right edges
of the labels
Wrinkled Ribbon

Possible Cause
There is too much toggle
pressure on the
printhead.
The ribbon is not loaded
correctly.
The darkness setting is
incorrect.
Incorrect printhead
pressure or balance.
The labels are not
feeding correctly. They
are shifting from side to
side.
Recommended Solution
Reduce the toggle pressure. See Adjust
the Printhead

Caution • Observe proper
electrostatic safety precautions
when handling any static-
sensitive components such as
circuit boards and printheads.

Set the darkness to the lowest possible
setting for good print quality. See

Set the pressure to the minimum required
