T200 The minimum time which Layer 2 must wait
for an acknowledgment of a link
establishment frame, an information frame,
or a polling supervisory frame, before
initiating retransmission procedures.
T203 The maximum time for which the Layer 2
link can remain inactive.
T303 The delay in CO response after the system
has sent a SETUP message to initiate an
outgoing call.
T305 The delay in response from the CO after
