The Job Notes window displays accounting information as
well as user information. The following accounting and user
fields have been added and displays, exported, and printed
as part of the accounting log.
• Account ID.
• User ID.
• Additional Account Information: This field will accept up to
255 characters.
NOTE: These attributes are support by IPP, Reprint, LP, LPR
and XPIF.
DocuSP maintains a billing meter for a number of billable
events.
NOTE: For CF systems, billing meters are maintained within
the print engine. For additional information, contact a Xerox
Service Representative.
Xerox billable events include the following:
• Administration pages, such as the banner page or error
page.
• Internal reports, such as billing or accounting reports.
• All completed sets and stacks.
