3. Start the SMA service by using the following command:
# svcadm enable svc:/application/management/sma:default
Note: Refer to the command man snmpd.conf for more
information about configuring the snmpd.conf file.
To receive SNMP traps, perform the following steps:
1. Stop the ThinkServer SAS SNMP Agent by using the following command:
#/etc/init.d/ThinkServer_mrdsnmpd stop
2. Edit the /etc/ThinkServer_mrdsnmp/sas/sas_TrapDestination.conf
file and add the ipaddress as shown in the following excerpt:
