Host Subsystem LEDs on the M120 Craft Interface

Two bi-color LEDs in the lower left and right corners of each port indicate port status.
The LED on the lower left as you face the craft interface indicates whether an external
clock source is present. The LED on the lower right as you face the craft interface indicates
if there is a fault. Table 9 on page 26 describes the external clock port LEDs,

Each host subsystem has three LEDs, located in the middle of the craft interface, that
indicate its status. The LED labeled

State Description
On steadily External clock source is plugged into the port,
physical signal is present.
Off No external clock source is plugged into the port, no
physical signal is present.
On steadily Fault condition; external reference clock frequency
is out of the tolerance threshold deviation of 10
parts-per-million (PPM).
Off External clock signal is validated or no external clock
source is plugged into the port.
indicates the status of the Routing Engine and CB

1 indicates the status of the Routing Engine and
State Description
On steadily Routing Engine is the master.
On steadily The Routing Engine is functioning.
On steadily The Routing Engine has failed.
On steadily The board is online.
Blinking The board is transitioning online/offline.
On steadily The CB has failed.
