In the case of very low temperatures
(near or below 32 °F - 0° C) you may have
difficulty starting up.
In this case:
Press the starter button «1» and
simultaneously slightly turn the
throttle grip «2».
If the engine starts up
Release the throttle grip «2».
If the idle speed is irregular,
work on the throttle grip «2» us-
ing small, frequent rotations.
If the engine does not start up
Wait a few seconds and repeat the pro-
cedures in cold startup.
If necessary, remove the spark
plug, and make sure it is not
damp.
If it is damp, clean and dry it.
Before replacing it, press the
start up button «1» and allow the
starter motor to work for about
five seconds without accelerat-
ing.
NOTE
PLACE A CLEAN CLOTH ON THE
CYLINDER NEXT TO THE SPARK
PLUG SEAT TO PROTECT IT FROM
POSSIBLE OIL SPLASHES.

Dans un tel cas :
Appuyer sur le bouton de dé-
marrage « 1 » et tourner en mê-
me temps modérément la poi-
gnée de l'accélérateur « 2 ».
Si le moteur démarre.
Relâcher la poignée de l'accélé-
rateur « 2 ».
Si le ralenti est instable, agir sur
la poignée de l'accélérateur « 2
» par petites et fréquentes rota-
tions.
Si le moteur ne démarre pas.
Attendre quelques secondes et refaire la
procédure de démarrage à froid.
Le cas échéant, déposer la bou-
gie et contrôler qu'elle ne soit
pas humide.
Si la bougie est humide, la net-
toyer et la sécher.
Avant de la remonter, appuyer
sur le bouton de démarrage « 1
» et faire tourner le démarreur
pendant environ cinq secondes,
sans accélérer.
