To open a file on an expansion card (sold
TIP
separately), press Menu (right softkey) and
select Storage Card. This option appears only
if an expansion card is inserted into your
smartphone.
To zoom in or out of an open document,
TIP
press View (left softkey) and select the zoom
level. To fit the document to your
smartphone's screen, press View (left
softkey) and select Wrap to Window.
To view a document's properties, including
TIP
the size and the date created, highlight the
document name, press Menu (right softkey),
and then select Properties.
Formatting text in a document
1 Open the document whose text you
want to edit.
2 Press Menu
select Edit.
3 Enter the text for which you want to use
a specific format.
4 Press Menu
Format, and then select the formatting
option you want: Bold, Italic,
Underline, or Highlight. All text
immediately to the left of the cursor is
formatted with the option you select.

enter from that point forward as well.
You can apply two formats to the same

text—for example, you can make text bold
and italic. Keep the cursor immediately to the
right of the text you want to format, and
repeat step 4 for each format you want to
apply.
You can also select the format you want

first and then enter the text.
5 To switch back to normal (unformatted)
text, enter a space, press Menu
(right softkey), select Format, and then
select the same formatting option you
just chose to turn the option off. Be
sure to enter a space first—if you turn
off the formatting option while the
cursor is immediately to the right of the
formatted text, the text loses its
formatting.
To undo any edits you make to a
TIP
document, press Menu (right softkey) and
select Undo. To redo an edit that you undid,
press Menu (right softkey) and select Redo.
To exit Edit mode, press Menu (right

softkey) and select Preview.
