Customizing text message settings
1 Press Home
Start (left softkey).
2 Select Messaging
Text Messages.
3 Press Menu
select Tools > Options.
4 Select Account Settings.
5 Select either of the following options:
Request delivery notifications:
Specifies that you want to receive
confirmation that text messages have
been delivered.
Use Unicode when necessary:
Automatically converts a message to
Unicode language if the receiving
device requires it.
6 Press Done (left softkey).

Customizing multimedia message
settings
1 Press Home
Start (left softkey).
2 Select Messaging
MMS.
3 Press Menu
select MMS Settings.
4 Select MMSC Settings and set any of
the following options. Press Done
(left softkey) when you have finished.
Profile Name: Indicates the name of
your multimedia messaging service.
MMSC: Indicates the web address of
your multimedia message servicing
center.
