Sign messages: Specifies whether
messages should be given a digital
signature as an extra security measure.
Press Menu (right softkey) and select
TIP
Choose signature to select the certificate to
use as a digital signature.

measures should be applied.

Changing email download settings: Other
email accounts
You can customize the download options
for each email account that you have with
an Internet service provider (ISP) or that
you access using a VPN server connection
(typically a work account).
To change options for a Microsoft

1 Press Home
Start
(left softkey).
and then press
2 Select Messaging
3 Select the account you want.
4 Press Menu
select Tools > Options.
5 Select Account Settings.
6 Press Next
(right softkey) until the
following screen is displayed.
7 Select either of the following:
Automatic Send/Receive: Specifies
the time interval for automatically
downloading email, from every five
minutes to once a day. If you do not
want to automatically download
messages, select Manually.
Download messages: Specifies the
number of days' worth of email to be
retrieved for each automatic or manual
retrieval.
