This procedure applies to all detector flow chips.
Figure 15
shows the Intuvo major bus components.
This procedure assumes that a detector is already installed and
the detector tail (or D2 flow chip) is in place. This procedure
describes detector chip replacement. To change the type of
detector chip installed, contact Agilent to order the appropriate
accessory kit. See
"Consumables and Replacement Parts"
page 18.

Gather the following materials:
Intuvo detector chip
7/16-inch open-end wrench
Intuvo torque driver
The inlet, detector, bus, and oven can be hot enough to cause
burns. Cool heated zones to a safe handling temperature before
continuing. If needed wear heat-resistant gloves.
