5.5.6 Loop lift

Check:
•
Use new needle 130/705H TCN Nm 80.
•
Use pinning tool # 002733.50.00 to pin stitch width stepping motor.
•
Use adjusting tool # 030349.70.00 (on the flat side) to pin main-
shaft balance piece.
•
Hook tip must be flush with right edge of needle.
Correction:
•
Use pinning tool # 002733.50.00 to pin stitch-width stepping motor.
•
Use adjusting tool 030349.70.00 (on the flat side) to pin main-shaft
balance piece to.
•
Loosen two screws 11 (T10 M3X4.5).
•
Use eccentric key 001361.70.00 to adjust toothed-rack clamping
piece until hook tip is flush with right edge of needle.
•
Retighten two screws 11 (T10 M3X4.5).
•
Remove pinning tools.

5.5.7 Needle/hook distance

Check:
•
Use new needle 130/705H TCN Nm 80.
•
Use pinning tool # 002733.50.00 to pin stitch width
stepping motor.
•
Lateral distance between needle scarf and hook should
be 0.01mm to 0.05mm.
Correction:
•
Turn screw 24 (T20 M4X10) in or out to adjust the
distance between needle scarf and hook to 0.01-
0.05mm.
