5.1 Belt tensions

5.1.1 Drive belt

Check:
•
The drive belt is correctly tensioned when there is play of
5mm at half height of the belt.
Correction:
•
Slightly loosen two screws 11 (T20).
•
Tension drive belt with motor.
•
Retighten two screws 11 (T20).

5.1.2 Base-shaft belt tension

The belt is tensioned automatically by belt tensioner and tension
spring.
Correction:
•
Slightly loosen screw 9 (T20).
Correct tension is produced automatically.
•
Retighten screw 9 (T20).
