4.2 Electronics and sensors

4.2.1 PCBA-base

Disassembly:
•
Remove covers
•
Remove speed control button 8.
•
Disconnect plug g.
•
Remove six screws 18 (T10 30X8).
•
Raise PCBA-base at the right to remove it.
Assembly:
•
Position new PCBA-base into front cover.
•
Refit six screws 18 (T10 30X8).
•
Ensure that the LC display sits correctly in the
front cover.
•
Tighten six screws 18 (T10 30X8).
•
Reconnect plug g.
•
Refit speed control button 8.
•
Refit covers.
Configuration and calibrating tasks in Service Program:
•
Start the machine in the service program.
•
Check model configuration
•
Adjust maximum speed
•
Calibrate speed control
•
Test the balance
•
Adjust buttonhole foot
•
Functional check and sewing-off.
