Note:
When a new/exchange print has been fitted, it is necessary to update to the
latest version.

· Loosen securing screw (78) of the
toothed gear.
· Move the pulley in the necessary
position, until the correct tension
is achieved.
Correct tension is achieved when
pressure is put on both sides of
the belt (in the middle) and both
A
sides just meet in the center (see
arrows A).
· Remove both top covers (see chap-
ter "removing covers"page 45).
· Disconnect the three cables (79),
(80) and (81).
· Move the X-carriage as necessary
to remove the three securing
screws.
· Move the carriage to its extreme
position to the left.
· Remove the print to the right
making sure that the memory card
unit is clear of the sensor detector
bracket of the X-carrige.
· Refit an exchange print in the

opposite manner.
