4. USER SCREEN MODE
Screen Change by Specification of Screen Number from the Programmable Controller
1. If both bit devices bO and b l are set to ON, the error message "DISPLAYING SCREEN IS NOT
FOUND" will be displayed. If a [CHANGE SCREEN] object with both the [key] and [device]
change conditions set as NONE is always active, you are recommended t o use an interlock on
bO and b l in the programmable controller program to prevent this error message from being
displayed by mistake.

Screens are overlaid on the screen specified by DO. Accordingly, if two objects occur in the
same location the lower one will be hidden; care must be taken i n the placing of objects. Note
also that if a TEXT object containing a space overlays another object, the space will hide
anything under it.

T h e [CHANGE SCREEN] object has no screen change conditions t o ensure continuous execution and
screens are changed by specifying the screen number from the PC.
If screens are specified by the programmable controller, the control devices must be specified. Of the
control devices, the bit devices are assigned from MO up and the data devices are assigned from DO up.
