Assembling the feed dog
To assemble the feed dog on 2-needle machines:
1. Place the feed dog (1).
2. Tighten the screw (2).
3. Insert the throat plate ( p. 29).
4. Finish the service routine.
5. If necessary, adjust the feed dog height ( p. 49).

Some shafts have flat surfaces at the points where the components are
screwed on. This stabilizes the connection and makes adjusting easier.
