After removing Barrier and/or Facade and Glass Door per the fireplace user manual instructions, install the rear panel centered
and flush to the firebox rear panel (see Figure 35A).
Take out the four brackets from the sheet metal set by bending the sheet metal until the retaining tabs are broken free.
WATCH YOUR FINGERS! WEAR GLOVES!
Hand Bend one of the brackets into a z-shape as shown in Figure 35B. The Long Leg of the bracket must be straight.
Insert the bent bracket per Figure 35B between the firebox bottom and the firebox side panel as shown in Figure 35C.
Pre-bend a bracket and insert the top leg of the bracket between the lintel and top panel as shown in Figure 35D.
Install the side panel by sliding it between the lintel and side panel inserting the bottom rear edge between the bracket and side
panel.
Hand bend the front top bracket by gently pushing the tab over the panel edge as shown in Figure 35E.
Install the second side panel by following instructions 3 to 8 bending the brackets to the mirror direction shown on Figures 35A to
35E.
Verify the alignment of the the side panels with the rear panel and install the glass door and barrier and/or facade following the
instructions in the fireplace User Manual.
