Description
The front cover is open.
The right cover for the paper
feed table/large capacity tray
is open.
The cover for 4-bin Mailbox is
open.
The right cover is open.
The upper left cover (the cov-
er for the fusing unit) is open.
There is a problem with the
finisher.
There is misfeed in the finish-
er or there is a problem with
the staple unit failure.
There is a problem with the
paper lift motor of the Tray 1.
There is a problem with the
paper lift motor of the Tray 2.
There is a problem with the
paper lift motor of the paper
tray 3.
There is a problem with the
paper lift motor of the paper
tray 4.
The paper size or media type
set in the Bypass Tray differs
from the setting made.
Solution
Close the front cover for the
printer.
Close the right cover for the
paper feed table/large capaci-
ty tray.
Close the cover for the 4-bin
Mailbox tray.
Close the right cover.
Close the upper left cover.
Turn the power switch off and
then on. If the message ap-
pears again, contact your sales
or service representative.
Remove the misfeed. If the
message appears again, con-
tact your sales or service rep-
resentative.
Turn the power switch off and

Align paper and set them in
the collect position in the pa-
per tray 3.
