Connecting to PCS

The Extron PCS window opens with the Device Discovery panel open. Connect to the
device using the Device Discovery panel or the TCP/IP panel (see figure 21).
NOTE: A user must have an Insider Account to download and use PCS. Contact an

Device Discovery Panel

The Device Discovery panel displays accessible Extron devices connected directly to the
PC or to a LAN or WAN. Devices are identified and sorted by model, IP address, device
name, or connection method.

To edit the IP address:

Extron support representative, to obtain an Insider Account.
Open the Product Configuration Software program from the desktop shortcut.
The Extron PCS window opens to the Device Discovery panel (see figure 21).

Select the FOX3 SR 301/311 device by clicking on it to highlight it in the list (
