Sets or gets the PRI international dialing prefix.

Comments
The international prefix defaults to 011 for North America and 00 for European
countries. The default depends on the country.

This screen is only accessible if you have a PRI network interface connected to
your system.
Description
Returns the current setting.
Sets the PRI international dialing prefix when followed
by the parameter "prefix". To erase the current
setting, omit the parameter.
