Pings the IP address of a device, to check if it can be reached.
Syntax
ping "xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" ["count"]

where x = number of passed attempts and y= number of failed attempts

Optional parameter defining the number of times the
device is to be pinged. The default is 1.
