inNoCat0Stop

This input can be used in addition to the "CAT-0" signal that is transferred via the remote control
(inReceiveFromMaster.ControlWord2.Bit2). A local stop signal is implemented in this way, e.g.
via hardware inputs.
• 0 = "CAT-0" stop request, shutdown routine 3 is triggered
• 1 = No "CAT-0" stop request

This input can be used for configuring the "Bypass" function after startup of the ESS IF PLC:
• 0 = No Bypass
• 1 = Bypass
