Possible causes
If the unit has been powered off for a
long time, lime might block the rotor of
the pump.
(a)
If you cannot deblock the rotor of the pump with this method, you will need to
disassemble the pump and turn the rotor by hand.
Possible causes
There is air in the system
Corrective action
Depending on the pump type, do one of
the following:
Use a Philips  No.  2 screwdriver to
push the deblocking screw of the
rotor in (0.5  cm). Then turn the
deblocking screw back and forth until
the rotor is deblocked.
Note: Do NOT use excessive force.

Remove the screw of the stator
housing and use a screwdriver to turn
back and forth the ceramic shaft of
the rotor until the rotor is deblocked.
