Code
Space heating priority: Defines
whether backup heater will assist the heat
pump during domestic hot water operation.
For optimal operation and lowest power
consumption, it is strongly recommended to
keep the default setting (0).
If the backup heater operation is limited
([4‑00]=0) and the outdoor temperature is
lower than setting [5‑03], the domestic hot
water will not be heated with the backup
heater.
Priority temperature: Used for
calculation of anti-recycling timer. If [5‑02]=1, it
defines the outdoor temperature below which
the backup heater will assist during domestic
hot water heating.
[5‑01] Equilibrium temperature and [5‑03]
Space heating priority temperature are related
to backup heater. So, you must set [5‑03] equal
or a few degrees higher than [5‑01].
Offset BSH setpoint: Setpoint correction
for domestic hot water temperature: setpoint
correction for the desired domestic hot water
temperature, to be applied at low outdoor
temperature when space heating priority is
enabled. The corrected (higher) setpoint will
make sure that the total heat capacity of the
water in the tank remains approximately
unchanged, by compensating for the colder
bottom water layer of the tank (because the
heat exchanger coil is not operational) with a
warmer top layer.
