Remove left handlebar fitting (
•
Remove right handlebar fitting (
•
Remove handlebars.
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure.
•
When installing the handlebars, always tighten
the clamping blocks on the fork bridge in the cor-
rect sequence:
•
Tighten front fastener (1) as viewed in forward di-
rection of travel (until seated).
•
Tighten rear fastener (2) as viewed in forward di-
rection of travel.

Attention:
Make sure that all lines and cables are correctly
routed.
Align the punch mark on the handlebars with the
gap between the clamp blocks.

Tightening torque:
Clamp to fork bridge
Tightening sequence:
1. Front fastener (as viewed
in forward direction of travel) until seated ..... 21 Nm
2. Rear fastener (as viewed in forward
direction of travel)......................................... 21 Nm
Handlebar weights to handlebars ................. 21 Nm
