My Smart Device Won't Connect to the Internet
Your smart device supports Sprint PCS Vision (1xRTT) or Sprint Mobile Broadband
(EVDO) wireless data networks. To connect to the Internet, you must subscribe to
data services with Sprint.
Contact Sprint to verify that your subscription plan includes data services and
that these services have been correctly activated. Sprint should also be able
to tell you if there are any outages in your location.
Press and hold Power/End
