Occurs: Indicates if the task repeats at regular intervals and how often it
repeats.
Reminder: Sets an alarm for this task and indicates when you want to be
reminded.
Categories: Assigns the task to one or more categories.
Sensitivity: Marks this task as Normal, Personal, Private, or Confidential.
Notes: Lets you enter additional text for the task.

Tip: You can also add a task by selecting the Tasks entry bar at the top of the
screen.
Checking Off a Task
1.
Select the task you want to check off. Overdue
tasks appear in red.

Press Edit
3.
Select Status and select Completed.
4.
Press OK
Tip: You can also mark a task complete by tapping the check box next to the
task on the Tasks list.
