Note: If converting from Meridian Mail to HMS400, it is necessary to program another dummy
ACD number (NCFW to voicemail's Pilot DN) to be used as all MWK definitions on new phone
sets.
For the room status/minibar channel, the TN programming is essentially the same as the above.
