there is a PRI card installed
12. 7000_XXXX, Telephone UI
Info: 7000 is the phantom or dummy ACD number specifically created for access into the TUI;
XXXX is any internal extension number
Reason: This is for capturing calls accessing the TUI menu from any extension within the
property
Note: If there is a combination of variable length extensions, then there must be one entry for
each (e.g. 7000_XXX or 7000_XXXXX)
13. From PBX: 7000_2000-1 or 7000_2002-10
Entry Point in HMS: 7000_XXXXXX, Telephone UI (7000_XXXXXXX)
Info: Same as above except that 2000-1 is the trunk and route numbers
Reason: This is to capture calls to access TUI from an external source provided there is a DID
mapped to the TUI number
