4. Click Generate (or Alt-E), to create the extensions. The extensions generated will be shown in
the list box.
5. Repeat above steps until all Guest Rooms and Extensions are completed.
6. To delete any room or extension from the list, click on the extension (selected extension is
highlighted in 'blue') and click the Del button. Or double click on any line of data to delete the
entire list.
7. To change or edit any rooms or extension from the list, click on the extension and edit
accordingly. To effect the change, click U
8. After generating and upon confirming the intended extension list, click Update Guest
Database to save them to the database.
9. An activity log will also be generated.
The above exercise can be repeated as and when there are new rooms/extensions to be
added. Clicking the Update Guest Database button will not erase all the rooms/extensions
created prior to this but will only append the new ones into the database.
If the Exit button is pressed when the data creation hasn't been completed, a Warning
message will be shown. This is to safeguard against unwanted program abortion. Clicking No
allows user to proceed.
