4. Click Generate (or Alt-G) to create the extensions. The extensions generated will be shown in
the list box.
5. This doesn't actually create the mailboxes yet but rather the extensions for which mailboxes
are to be allocated
6. To Delete any extension from the list, click on the extension (selected extension is highlighted
in 'blue') and click the Del button (or Alt-D).
7. To change or edit any extension from the list, click on the extension and edit accordingly. To
effect the change, click Update (or Alt-U).
8. Double click on any extension to delete the entire list. A prompt will be displayed as shown
below:
9. After confirming that all the extensions are correct, click Update Admin Database to save
them to the database.
A confirmation message will be displayed:
