The table below explains the meaning of each field.
Field
Description
Denotes the number of days the system stores
new or un-heard messages before it
automatically purges them. It is typically set to
0 (this means new messages will not be
deleted by the system).
Denotes the number of days the system stores
old or heard messages before it automatically
purges them.
Denotes the minimum duration a recorded
message is considered valid.
Denotes the maximum duration for a message
after which system will stop the recording.
Denotes the maximum silence duration
allowed after system answers a call or records
a message. Call will be terminated after the
maximum duration is up.
Enabling this option means callers will get to
hear the date and time of a message only
instead of hearing the Sender's ID first.
