Installing the CallPilot 5.0 image

The CallPilot 5.0 software comes preinstalled from the factory. If the
installed image becomes corrupted, perform this procedure to install the
CallPilot 5.0 image again.

Action
Insert the CallPilot Image DVD for the platform type you are
recovering into the DVD drive.
Using the button on the front panel of the server, power the server
off, and then power it back on.
Select 1. Install CallPilot 5.0 [server model] server image and
exit to DOS (recommended), and then press Enter.
A message appears, asking if you are upgrading to CallPilot 5.0
from a previous release.
Type N.
A message appears, asking if you want to continue and overwrite all
of the data on the system.
Type Y.
The imaging program automatically installs a fresh image of the
operating system, CallPilot software, and additional third-party
software on the server. When the installation is complete, a
message appears stating that the CallPilot 5.0 image is installed
on your server.
Remove the DVD.
Restart the server by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete.
