Configuring a Project

Preparing to Take Indoor Measurements
The E74xx software provides an Auto Configure feature that sets up
measurement projects for you. Each project consists of measurements and the
hardware you have connected. The online help provides instructions for all
procedures.
If you are using a receiver with internal GPS and you use Auto Configure, the
software will find the GPS unit. To perform indoor measurements, you need
to delete the GPS resource and replace it with a computer pen. Check the
online help for instructions.
