Adjusts to 70 + 5kHz at R45.
Checking point: TP6 - TP2(GND)
Over voltage protection: 141-147(100)/282-294(200) VAC
Low voltage protection: 88(100)/190(220) VAC or less
When the above voltages are detected, CR23 is light.
When the input voltage is 144(100)/288(220) VAC, adjusts to
light.
