Note-2: Setting of horizontal sync polarity
The setting of the polarity of synchronizing signal can also be made in the setting of JP-4 and 5
on the RGB BUFF board. If the polarity setting is not correct, discolored ares are appeared
when pictures reproduce on VDR.
