INSTALL WATER OUTLET ASSEMBLY
Connect the water by-pass hose to the water p u mp, and
install a new gasket and the water outlet assembly with
the three bolts.
Torque :

- Cylinder Head
Install a new gasket to the cylinder head cover.
I nstall the cylinder head cover with the fo u r seal
washers and cap nuts.
70 k g · e m 161 in.-Ib, 6.9 N'm)
375 k g - e m (27 f t · l b . 37 N'm)
Remove all the O - ring material from the manifold
grooves.
I n s l a L i new Iwo O - rings.
n g snap ring pliers, install the Iwo manifold rings.
Usi
Position the manifold rings so Ihat Ihe ring ends are
shown.
