+MAPV, Get Accessory Protocol Version
This command returns the version of the accessory protocol that is supported in the g20. This version consists of a major version
number and a minor version number, and should correspond with the protocol version number reported by the first g20 release
including that command. A version of software claiming to support an accessory protocol version must support all commands
in accordance with that version of the accessory protocol, as well as all commands for lower numbered versions of the protocol.
