4. Adjust:
Skis
Adjustment steps:
Temporarily install the handlebar.
Hold the handlebar straight and check that the
skis are at right angles to the handlebar.
Loosen the locknuts (relay rod) 1.
Position the skis parallel in the riding direc-
tion.
With the skis in this position, turn the relay rod
2 in either direction until the handlebars at
right angles with respect to the direction of
movement.

Tighten the locknuts (relay rod) 1.

CAUTION:
Be sure the projection on the handlebar is not

installed into the area a shown.
Be sure the side of the holder with the small
gap b faces forward.
Center the match mark c on the handlebar 1
between the handlebar holders (lower) 2.
Bolt (handlebar holder):
CAUTION:

First tighten the bolts on the front side of the
handlebar holder, and then tighten the bolts
on the rear side.
