TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the main switch.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Check the grip and thumb warmer.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Check the variable resistor.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Check the grip warmer coil.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Check the lighting coil.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Check the stator coil and/or connection.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Replace the voltage regulator.
GRIP WARMER SYSTEM
GRIP WARMER DOES NOT OPERATE.
Replace the main switch.
Replace the grip warmer and/or thumb warmer.
Replace the variable resistor.
Replace the CDI magneto.
Replace the CDI magneto.
Replace the CDI magneto and/or correct connec-
tion.
